
This Winter smoothie bowl with cranberries is a healthy, nutritious quick and easy breakfast. This is the easiest 6-ingredient Cranberry Smoothie Bowl that is vegan, gluten-free, healthy, & refined sugar-free!
Ingredients:
1 apple;
1 banana;
1 cup mango;
1 cup fresh or frozen wild cranberries and some blueberries;
1 cup coconut water;
1 tbsp. of lime juice.
Instructions:
Simply add all ingredients to a blender;
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy;
After the smoothie is blended, pour it into the bowl and add toppings;
Top with cranberries, coconut chips and bee pollen.
While these are the toppings I added, I recommend experimenting and trying new combinations! The best part about home-made vegan smoothie bowls is that the toppings can be adapted to your preferences.
