
There is something so special about the punch recipe that is reserved for special occasions like the Christmas and New Year holidays.
This non-alcoholic Christmas punch recipe is really easy to prepare and is a children's favourite!
Ingredients:
1 litre of fruit tea (berries, apple with cinnamon, Christmas or other optional);
250 ml of orange juice;
250 ml of apple juice;
5 pcs. cloves;
1 cinnamon stick;
1 piece. star anise;
1 tbsp. lemon juice;
1 tsp vanilla sugar;
2 tbsp. brown sugar or to taste.
Instructions:
Make tea first, place the cinnamon stick, star anise and cloves inside, cover and let steep 15 minutes. After that add the orange juice along with the apple juice, lemon juice, vanilla sugar and brown sugar.
Heat on a medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Turn off the heat and let the mixture steep for 30 minutes so everything dissolves and flavours blend. Then strain it.
Garnish your drink with cinnamon sticks, orange/lemon slices, cranberries and a sprig of rosemary for more flavour.
